5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Attendance and account records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill company employment records and compliance requirements. Because the Staff Tracker app is an internal enterprise employment tool, user accounts are created, provisioned, and managed by PKS Tech Solutions administrators. Employees who wish to have their account deactivated or their personal data removed must contact their direct supervisor or the organization's system administrator to initiate the process.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a business need to know.
